Our story





With over twenty years of multifamily expertise, our abilities to focus on amenities for Senior Living is a perfect combination of our experience, where we can bring that expertise to make Senior Living the best it can be for the residents and their families.


We listen to Seniors and ask them what amenities they want to have at home, the answer can vary, but one constant is they would like to see amenities for the entire family. They want their family to visit and to have things to do while they are visiting. A grandparent’s greatest joy is watching their grandchildren grow and create lasting memories, whether that is BBQing with grandma or grandpa, gardening, or playing family games. We design and build amenities to help Seniors create memories with their families and create new friendships that share the same passions, from golf, gardening, or playing chess, etc.




Our vision





When we design and build a space, we look at every detail, from mobility access to stimulating environments with open spaces to rest and relax. We incorporate all elements, visual, sound, and touch. From independent living to memory care, we create positive spaces for our residents and families to enjoy everyday.


From designing and creating spaces in the Pacific Northwest with the cold rainy winters to Southern California with its year-round temperate outdoors, we design for the residents and the location.


For our ownership representatives, we specialize in maximizing any outdoor space whether large or small creating inviting, functional and lasting value for the residents but also for the property.

Services we provide





Meetings with site



We meet with you to analyze existing spaces and evaluate their functions for your site and residents. We learn what your residents would like to enjoy, and perhaps what new residents would look for in a senior living facility.​ Meetings will help us to collaborate in order to create inviting spaces. Understanding their needs and understanding their preferences will help us to transform their living spaces into places they can call home.



Development



After meeting with site, we will present options to you that will work for the spaces we visited. We won't just focus on activities, but those spaces that will bring residents together to relax and enjoy their facility.​ We will develop a plan with your input to create welcoming and engaging areas that promote social interaction, relaxation and overall well-being. Making spaces that everybody can enjoy and benefit from.



Design



We will design your spaces and show you what the transformation can bring for current and future residents. Our conceptual designs will show many options and once we enter the budgeting stage, we can fine tune those options.​ With these designs will showcase our passion for creating spaces that enhance the lives of residents and their families.



BUDGETING



We can work within a budget or create one for you. We can present our options in a menu form for you to select those that work with the funds that you have. Or you can present a number to us, and we will try to see how many amenities we can provide to suit your budget! We want to make the most out of every dollar you will spend on this transformation. Our creative solutions will help maximize value and deliver exceptional results without compromising quality.




EXECUTE



If you are in our service area we will work with our team to implement your new amenities at your facility. We have the best teams of landscapers and construction you can ask for. We are familiar with the senior living and memory care facilities and our crews enjoy the work environment as well. ​If you aren't in our area, we can help secure a team to assist with installs and/or ship products direct to you for your team to install and implement!
